General Policy
- Pricing Information: Information and prices listed on the https://semabuhillsfastboat.com website are current. Prices may change at any time. Bookings and prices are only confirmed after advance payment and receipt of confirmation.
- Price Updates: All changes to pricing and information will be communicated through the official website https://semabuhillsfastboat.com.
- Local Time: All times mentioned are based on local time (GMT+8).
- Customer Service: Our reservation team (BALI RSV) is available daily from 08:00 to 22:00 (GMT+8). Contact via WhatsApp, email, or phone during these hours.
- Travel Insurance: Tickets do not include travel insurance. Each fast boat operator carries their own insurance policy.
- Luggage: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total of 20 kg. Excess charges apply for luggage over 20 kg.
- Transit Stops: Routes to or from Gili Air, Gili Trawangan, or Lombok may include transit stops. BALI RSV is not responsible for route changes.
- Reschedules & Cancellations: Reschedule and cancellation requests are accepted only in accordance with the fast boat operator’s policy.
- Schedule Changes: BALI RSV is not responsible for any changes to departure times by the fast boat operator.
- Delays: BALI RSV is not responsible for any delays to the fast boat departure.
- Cancellations Due to Conditions: BALI RSV is not responsible for cancellations due to uncontrollable situations such as bad weather or boat damage. Passengers may request reschedules or cancellations by contacting customer service.
- Check-In: Please check in at least 60 minutes before departure.
- ID Requirement: Each passenger is required to present an ID card or passport upon check-in.
- Late Arrivals: Failure to check in or board on time may result in missed departure and loss of fare paid.
Chargeback
- No Chargebacks: Customers who have purchased a boat ticket and received services from the boat operators, including shuttle services, cannot charge back for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the travel date - eligible for a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations between 3-7 days before the travel date - eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the travel date are Non-refundable.
- No-shows or late arrivals - No refund will be issued.
Reschedule Policy
- Rescheduling with the same operator is free if requested at least 48 hours before departur and based on seat availability. Switching to a different operator incurs a cancellation fee as per the policy.
