www.semabuhillsfastboat.com website (the “Site”) is managed by Bali Reservasi Indonesia (“Bali RSV”) By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use set forth below and other terms and conditions in relation to the Site, including but not limited to confidentiality and FAQs, which constitute an integral part of the Terms of Use (“Terms”). You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Site. Please note that we may change, modify, add and delete these Terms at any time without prior notice. Terms must be read periodically. By continuing to use this Site after such changes to the Terms, visitors, users or Registered Users (“you” or “users”) agree to the changes. If you use any of our other services, then your use is based on compliance and acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to those services.
General Policy
- Information and prices listed on the www.semabuhillsfastboat.com website are current information and prices.
- Prices can change at any time and prices and bookings are not binding without an advance payment with confirmation.
- All price changes and information will be informed through the www.semabuhillsfastboat.com website.
- Our Reservation Staff (BALI RSV) working hours and services are daily from 08.00am - 22.00pm and all communication (Via Onlie Chat, WhatsApp, E-mail & Telephone) and order processing can be done during these working hours. We will respond as soon as possible.
- Insurance cover is the responsibility of each Fast boat Company.
- All time is stated is local time or UTC+8.
- Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kgs. Above 25kgs will be add charge.
- Fast Boat from or to Gili Air / Gili Trawangan / Lombok have a transit to some harbor, BALI RSV is not responsible for any changes.
- BALI RSV only accepts reschedule and cancellation requests in accordance with the fast boat policy.
- BALI RSV is not responsible for any changes to the departure time of the Fast Boat.
- BALI RSV is not responsible for delays of the Fast Boat departure.
- BALI RSV is not responsible for the cancellation of the Fast Boat because the situation and conditions are out of control such as bad weather, damage to the Fast Boat. Customers can make rescheduling requests or cancellations by contacting our customer service.
- Please check in at least 60 minutes before trip.
- Failure to adhere to check-in or boarding times, may result in you missing your boat and forfeiting the fare paid.
- Each passenger is required to present an ID card upon check-in.
- If a foreign passenger has booked a ticket but chooses a domestic price and they cannot show an Indonesian ID card at the time of Check-in, then the e-ticket are not valid.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation from FAST BOAT due to bad weather, big waves, natural disasters, broken boat engine, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master then passengers will get 80% money back guarantee or can reschedule for free of charged.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS before 120 hours the departure time, the refund will be charged a penalty of 10% from the total payment for admin fees.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS minimum 72 - 120 hours before the departure time, the passenger will be charged a penalty of 15% from the total payment.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS 48 hours before the departure time, the passenger will be charged a penalty of 50% from the total payment.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS maximal 24 hours before the departure time, the passenger will be charged a penalty of 75% from the total payment.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS between 24 hours before the departure time, there will be no refund.
Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule from PASSENGERS by choosing another schedule from same FAST BOAT company at least maximally 12 hours before the departure time, rescheduling is free of charge based on the availability of the chosen schedule seat.
- Cancellation from PASSENGERS before 120 hours the departure time, the refund will be charged a penalty of 10% from the total payment for admin fees.
- If PASSENGERS will make reschedules by selecting a departure time by different FAST BOAT Company from the first choice, the Passengers will be charged a cancellation penalty fee (according to the cancellation policy).
- Reschedule with different FAST BOAT Company from the first choice will be accepted based on seat availability.
